Cedric feels blessed to be making his West End debut. Training: Cedric studied Classical Vocal Performance at Eastman School of Music (Rochester, NY), and Booker T Washington HSPVA (Dallas, TX).

Awards: Helen Hayes – Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Musical for Dreamgirls; Texas Legacy of Success and Leon Rabin – Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Musical for Tick, tick…BOOM!

London: Rhythm of Life – A Cy Coleman Revue (St. James’ Theatre); Sportin’ Life in The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess (Regent’s Park Open Air Theatre).

Broadway: The Tony nominated After Midnight, directed and choreographed by Warren Carlyle; the Tony winning revival of The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess directed by Diane Paulus.

Other Theatre: As a company member at Dallas Theater Center – Tommy in The Who’s Tommy, Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Happy Loman in Death of a Salesman and Billy Lyons in Stagger Lee. American regional theatre credits include Milwaukee Repertory Theater, Signature Theater, Zach Theater, American Repertory Theater, WaterTower Theater and Dallas Children’s Theater.

Television: The Chase (ABC), The Good Guys (Fox) and Friday Night Lights (NBC). Recording: The original Broadway cast recording of The Gershwins’ Porgy and Bess, and featured on several Gospel, Jazz and R&B projects.
